Herbal massage

Saabaydi is a Thai greeting and means “I wish you happiness, health and a good life”. First, the back and shoulders are massaged using hot cloth bags filled with herbs. This treatment is followed by a whole-body oil massage.

Tensions are loosened and the body’s self-healing powers are activated. The blend of herbs used in the bags has a purifying, warming and calming effect.

Alpine Haman

Orient meets the Alps

This ceremony begins with a foot and steam bath designed to cleanse body and mind. The scent of mountain herbs and lemon balm opens the pores and prepares you for the subsequent peeling to help clear your skin. Excess skin cells are gently removed, leaving the skin ready for a soothing soap lather massage. This is followed by a fully relaxing Vichy shower, before the experience is concluded with a final oil massage with essential alpine oils and a lie down on the floating bed.
