The Zillertal Tux-Finkenberg region recognised this trend early on and has developed a huge network of mountain bike trails which criss-cross the valley and often transform the winter ski pistes into summer singletrails.

With so many trails to choose from and a large number of cosy alpine huts serving delicious food, it is little wonder that the Zillertal Valley has become hugely popular with locals and visitors alike. Rides range from easy cruising along the valley floor with views of the majestic Olperer mountain to technically challenging trails.
